Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. VRAXIONX reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until VRAXIONX confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please review your order carefully before submission, as we may be unable to fulfill cancellation requests after the order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.

Goods you purchase may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy [link].

Your purchase is for your personal or household use only and may not be used for commercial resale or export.

Article 4 - Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for goods or services will be the valid price at the time the order is placed and will be listed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, published prices do not include tax, shipping, handling, duties, or import fees.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once goods are delivered to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Our Service, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio and their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by VRAXIONX, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by United States and foreign intellectual property laws.

VRAXIONX’s name, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of VRAXIONX or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without VRAXIONX’s prior written permission. Shopify’s name, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Article 7 - Optional Tools

As part of the Service, you may gain access to customer tools provided by third parties. We do not monitor or control these tools. You acknowledge that access to such tools is provided “as is” and “where available,” without any warranties or guarantees, and without endorsement. We are not responsible for any liabilities arising from your use of optional third-party tools. Your use of such tools is at your own risk, and you should ensure you are familiar with and agree to the terms offered by the third-party vendors.

We may also introduce new features or tools in the future, which will be considered part of the Service and governed by these Terms.

The Service may include information and links to websites or content provided by third parties. We do not review or evaluate third-party materials or the accuracy of their content. If you choose to leave the Service to access third-party materials or websites, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage or loss arising from access to third-party websites or purchases of goods, services, resources, or content from those websites. Article 9 - Relationship with Shopify

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are directly with VRAXIONX. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with VRAXIONX.

You agree that your Feedback will not infringe any third party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, personality rights, or other proprietary rights. You also agree that your Feedback will not contain defamatory or illegal, abusive, or obscene content, nor contain any computer viruses or other malicious software that could affect this Service or any related site. You may not use a false email address, misrepresent yourself, or other means to mislead us or the source of Feedback. You are solely responsible for the Feedback you provide and its accuracy. If any information is inaccurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to modify or update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).

Additionally, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code; (b) reproduce, copy, plagiarize, extract, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service; © collect or track others’ personal information; (d) engage in spamming, phishing, URL hijacking, or impersonation; (e) use any robots, spiders, crawlers, data harvesting tools, automated devices or programs, AI tools (e.g., agent-based AI), or any automatic or manual means to access the Service; or (f) interfere, bypass, or circumvent any security or access controls or measures used to restrict access to the Service. We may terminate this Agreement or your access to the Service (or any part) at any time without notice, and you remain responsible for all amounts due up to the termination date (including that day). The following provisions will continue to apply after termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

The Service is for general reference only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. The Service and goods are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Use is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions may limit the exclusion of implied warranties.

Article 17 - Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRAXIONX, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, or Shopify and its affiliates, are not liable for any damages arising from your use of any service or purchase of any goods, or any other claims related to your use of the Service or any content (or goods) provided through the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement costs, or any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Article 18 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VRAXIONX, Shopify, and their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (1) your breach of these Terms or any incorporated documents; (2) your violation of any law or infringement of third-party rights; or (3) your access to or use of the Service. We will notify you of any such claims, but failure to notify does not excuse your obligation, except where you suffer substantial harm. We may control the defense and settlement of such claims (including selecting lawyers), with costs borne by you, but we will not settle any non-monetary obligations without your consent. You must cooperate in the defense of indemnity claims.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.

Our failure or delay in exercising any right or provision of these Terms does not waive such right or provision. These Terms and any policies or rules published on the website related to the Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior or contemporaneous proposals or communications, whether oral or written. No ambiguity in these Terms shall be construed against the drafter.

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice or consent.

Article 22 - Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements governing your access to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VRAXIONX’s headquarters are located, and disputes shall be resolved in courts of that jurisdiction.

You can review the current version on this page at any time. We may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. Major changes will be announced as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes means you accept the updated Terms.
