30-Day Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order after receiving it. If items are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable items (food, fresh flowers, or plants), customized goods (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In addition to the above, if the product is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require time to process and issue the refund.
